GENERAL
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

These terms and conditions along with our invoice and privacy policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written.
Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

We are currently working with Mollie concerning payments and they cover almost all credit/debit cards.

PRIVACY
Lewis & Melly takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order at www.lewismelly.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and creditcard number. We use this information to fulfil the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your creditcard details.
DELIVERY
We have a daily pickup by our shipping companies and will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.
Since the UK formally left the EU in January 2021 there have been several changes to how we send parcels to the UK. As all orders are currently shipped from Belgium, you may be subject to additional import fees upon receipt. In some cases, these may be calculated at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:
Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package. The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached. Jewels are non-returnable and clothing with stains will not be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Lewis & Melly offers a 14-day return policy for unused, undamaged items with tags and original packaging.

Register Your Return
Use the QR code or URL on your packing slip within 14 days. In-store purchases can't be returned online, but free returns are available in Knokke and Antwerp. -
Pack & Ship
Include your packing slip. Print your label (return shipping costs apply) and drop off your package within 3 business days. -
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

- Damaged/wrong items? Report immediately to customerservice@lewismelly.com.
- Returns are free for errors; otherwise, label costs are deducted from refunds.
- Non-returnable: gift cards, jewelry, socks.
- Sale items: Online sale returns allowed; in-store sale items are final.

APPLICABLE LAWS
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
